Since 2004, Janice has been an invaluable member of the Reach Beyond team, investing her time and expertise in radio production and training others to do the same.

Throughout her years of service, Janice's primary focus has been on radio ministry in South East Asia. Her commitment to spreading the message of hope and faith through radio programs has left a lasting impact on the lives of countless listeners in the region.

In 2021, Janice made a significant decision to relocate back to her home country, New Zealand. This move allowed her to continue her work with Reach Beyond while also providing essential support to her family members with health needs. Furthermore, she embraced the opportunity to actively engage with her local church, contributing her talents and experience to the community she holds dear.

As the world adapted to the challenges of the pandemic, Janice demonstrated incredible resilience and adaptability. She recognized the importance of online platforms and took on the task of training radio presenters through virtual means. This shift in focus opened doors for collaboration with trainers in Sub-Saharan Africa, fostering a global network of like-minded individuals dedicated to radio ministry.

Though much of her work has transitioned to online platforms, Janice remains committed to providing hands-on support to radio teams when needed. She understands the value of personal connections and thus travels from time to time to offer her wisdom, encouragement, and specialized training to teams on-site.
